Question: Sir, I joined Indian Bank(Public Sector) on 9th Aug.2010 as an officer.They have a bond of 1 lakh if we leave the organisation before 2yrs.I donot remember exactly the details of other clauses in the bond. I left the organisation on October 27,2010 and for relieving me they charged another 42,00/-(we had training for 21 days at chennai.hence 21 days@2000 per day=42000/-) Can I apply through RTI for the copy of the bond signed by me? Is there any provision to skip the payment if we move from one Public sector bank to another ?

Question: Sir, In Resurvey of 1985 some of our property has been marked as public road.We have not given any consent for this.Can I ask for the documents of the resurvey by which our land has been acquired/marked as road through RTI? If I can,please tell me how to.

One of my friends told me that if you are going from one public sector to another you need not pay any of these bond amounts.Do we have any provision like that?

Question: I am an nri doing online investing in shares. I didnt know i had to file IT returns for short term gains TDS. Now IT dept has sent a letter asking me to file returns for 2008-09. By the time i got the 16A cert for TDS, and filed online returns it was too late. It says last date was Dec.31, 2010. So what can i do now. I have no other income in india. I only have to file for this TDS which is already paid in 2008-09 by my online broker.
